The Wilkinson Residential Tree Green House designed by Architect Robert Harvey Oshatz in 1997 and completed in 2004. This Green Houses type Residential, house unusual tree is located in the forests of Portland, Oregon. The building area 480 square meters (5162 square feet) and has a perfect harmony with its surroundings. Built on a steep sloping lot, with Site Area: 2200 square meters (23,680 sq. ft). The Green Hind House by John Pardey Architects, this house sits on the banks of the river Loddon, near Wargrave. John Pardey Architects have won an award for architectural excellence in the 2009 RIBA Awards from the Royal Institute of British Architects, for their work on the Hind house. The based our concept on three elements; livingrooms, guest and bedroom spaces, to create ‘wings’ that adopt a pinwheel form, raised up on columns to deal with flooding from the river. The green house is to be steel framed, with timber stud infill; cedar and zinc-clad, with aluminium framed windows and single-ply roofing. The house was completed in December 2008.
